For those of you who haven't heard of it, Boss Barbell Strength method (hereafter referred to as BBSM) is [Dan Green's] ( facebook/DanGreenRawPowerlifter) own program.
Dan begins by talking about how he learned when he first entered the sport of powerlifting: by reading articles, experimenting on his own, and talking to other lifters at meets. He talks about how, at 24 years old, he transitioned from training simply to get big and strong, to actually having directed training in preparation for a meet.
The training consists of three blocks: the theoretical part, the practical lesson under the guidance of a professional energy auditor on a real house, the execution of an express energy audit independently at they houses. Presentation of the results of energy audits of participants in the training is conducted for the whole training participants.
