This project defines and explore stress in the workplace. The focus then shifts to way to reduce and cope with that stress.

Male Mental Health - How Are You.mp4

Using personal narrative and a robust body of secondary research, this video explores mental health issues experienced by males. It takes a deeper look at the stigma surrounding mental health in men and ends with possible solutions to destigmatize the phenomenon.

This exploratory project looks at the factors that might contribute to Gen Z's unrealistic financial expectations and proposes what could be the true key to happiness and fulfillment.
