Brochure

Brochures allow for both text and visuals. If your purpose is mainly informative and it makes sense for your given audience, this could be a viable choice. I will warn you that they can be a bit tricky to put together. Also, much like a formal letter, they are a shorter form, so you need to make critical decision about what to include and how to include it.
