Theme:
Hope
Eligibility: The competition is open to students enrolled in classes 9-12 in participating schools or educational institutions.
This is a group event. Each team must consist of 3-4 students only.
Time duration:
Day 1 – capturing pictures as per the given theme
Day 2 – Selection of pictures for judging
6 photographs to be submitted along with a title and write-up in the given format that will be available at the venue on the date of the event.
Title chosen must be creative and enhance a unique point of view.
Photographs should capture moments, scenes, or subjects that evoke feelings of hope.
Lighting - a careful usage of natural light.
Equipment: Participants can use any camera equipment DSLRs, or professional cameras only. Mobiles cannot be used.
Submission:
Title and write-up. (write up word limit 20-30words) Each slide should include notes or annotations to provide context and explanation.
File format: .pptx (Microsoft PowerPoint). Include a title slide with the presentation title and participant's name.
Judging Criteria: impact & emotion, storytelling , composition & technique, originality , creativity, content quality, technical execution
Respectful behaviour: All contestants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards each other, the judges, and the competition staff.
Intellectual Property: Movies created during the competition remain the intellectual property of the contestants. However, by participating, contestants grant permission for the competition organizers to share their content for promotional purposes.
Disqualification: Any violation of the rules, cheating, or misconduct may result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
