After I college graduated, I had first-hand experiences in different work settings that made me realize the need for professionals ready to intervene in complex issues regarding the workplace, especially with high-risk and diverse employees. 

In light of this experience, I decided to continue my graduate education to learn how to provide valuable, psychologically safe support in the workplace, as well as making my knowledge in I-O Psychology accessible to all types of workers, managers, in people interested in applying this science in their workplace. 

My current research predominetly focuses in risks, demands and workplace resources among the inmigrant Latino community in North Geogia and Tennesse.
