We want to promote a powerful connection with others, as well as self-love, as our company name “Amare” suggests, which is a Latin word that translates to “to love”. Make sure that you practice saying them out loud because the more you state your boundaries aloud, the more you become comfortable with it. Setting your boundaries might make you feel uneasy at first but always remember that you are doing it to protect and maintain your mental wellness. Honor your mental health and advocate for it.
