Whatever the reason you choose to volunteer, or the role you take, we appreciate you!
What is the difference between being a PTA member and being on the PTA board?
Being a PTA board member means formalizing your involvement with the PTA, and taking the next step in having your voice heard. As a board member, you can be closely involved in all school events, lead committees or take charge of specific events, and even develop new fundraising or give-back opportunities! As a board member, your voice and input are vital to decision-making, and you can have a huge impact on the direction your PTA takes in supporting your child and their school.
Why take on a leadership position on the Alvarado PTA Board?
