General Meetings

You DO NOT need to be a PTA member to attend, and PTA members are NOT required to attend or even required to volunteer for any of our events. Kids are always welcome to come to the meetings.

This year’s meetings will be located in the Alvarado Library beginning at 6:00pm. If you are unable to attend the meetings in person you can join us virtually via Zoom. All Zoom links are posted next to the meeting dates below.

All meetings are scheduled on the first TUESDAY of the month (unless there is no school, then they will be on the following Tuesday) for the 2025-2026 School Year:

The Board may occasionally meet between general membership meetings to manage PTA affairs, create special committees, etc.

Board Members include:

• Elected Officers (Executive Committee Members)

• Standing Committee Chairs

• Teacher Representatives

• School Principal
