2.  Participants must complete payment before the stated deadline to secure their slot.

3.  Early Bird rates are strictly applicable only within the specified period.

4.  Upon submission and approval of the abstract, participants will receive:

     5. Payments are non-refundable.

     6. Failure to make payment within the deadline may result in the cancellation of registration.

     7. All participants (Professional Inventors and Young Inventors will be given ONLY ONE (1) e-certificate of participation. Additional e-certificate will be charged MYR10.00 each upon request.

     8. E-certificates award will be awarded to the best presentation and the best innovation for each category. 

     9. Prizes for diamond, Gold, silver and Bronze will receive the e-certificates.
