ON-SITE POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Language
● The official language of the presentation is English.
Poster Dimensions
● Posters must be prepared in A1 size and displayed in portrait orientation.
● Maximum dimensions:
o Width: 594 mm
o Height: 841 mm
Poster Title
● The poster title must be identical to the title submitted in the abstract.
● The title should be clearly displayed at the top of the poster.
Poster Organisation
There is no fixed template for poster layout. Authors are free to design their posters. However,
posters are recommended to include the following sections:
● Introduction / Background
● Objectives
● Methods / Methodology
● Results / Findings
● Discussion
● Conclusions
● References
Authors may find it useful to organise the poster around these guiding questions:
● What problem is addressed? (Objectives)
● Why is this problem important? (Background)
● How was the problem addressed? (Methods)
● What were the main findings? (Results)
● What are the conclusions or broader implications? (Discussion & Conclusions)
Presentation Session
● Total time allocated: 10 minutes
o Presentation: 8 minutes
o Question & Answer: 2 minutes
● Presenters will explain their work orally in front of the poster during the scheduled session.
Poster Display Requirement
● Please bring your own bunting stand to display your poster.
● All posters must be mounted at least 5 minutes before the start of the session.
● Posters must be displayed for the duration of the session, and presenters are required to be
present at their posters during the scheduled poster presentation period.
All decisions made by the panel of judges are final and binding.
VIDEO POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Language
● The official language of the presentation is English.
Presentation Format
● Presentations can be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint /Canva.
● The presentation should follow a poster-style structure (concise and focused).
Video Presentation
● Total presentation duration: 10 minutes
● The presentation must be recorded as a video.
● Accepted video format: MP4
● Minimum video resolution: 720p
Content Organisation
The video presentation should include:
o Introduction / Background
o Objectives
o Methods / Methodology
o Results / Findings
o Discussion
o Conclusions
o References
Authors may find it useful to organise the slides around these guiding questions:
● What problem is addressed? (Objectives)
● Why is this problem important? (Background)
● How was the problem addressed? (Methods)
● What were the main findings? (Results)
● What are the conclusions or broader implications? (Discussion & Conclusions)
Presenters must submit:
● PowerPoint slides (PPT/PPTX).
● The YouTube video link (active and complete).
● A recorded presentation video in MP4 format must be uploaded to YouTube (set as unlisted), and
the video link must be provided.
● All materials must be submitted before the stipulated deadline (16 August 2026)
