The Tuning Chip rear dropout system allows for adjustable bike geometry by changing the wheelbase by up to 20mm, bottom bracket height by up to 4mm, and head tube angle by 0.2º. This means you can easily switch between a bike with the responsive, agile handling of a shorter wheelbase and a bike with the confidence and stability of a longer wheelbase just by flipping the Tuning Chip. Use the back position for stability and confidence with its longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slack head tube angle. The front position is ideal for winding singletrack or the CX course with its shorter wheelbase, higher bottom bracket, and steeper head tube angle. The center position is the best of both worlds.
DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port.
FOR THE LONG HAUL Numerous frame braze-ons allow Warakin to accommodate cable routing clamps, three water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more. Three braze-ons on either side of the fork allow for additional storage.

GEOMETRY By the numbers, the 58cm Warakin Ti has a 72° head tube angle, 72.5° seat tube angle, 420-440mm chainstays, 68-72mm of bottom bracket drop, 660mm of stack, and 384mm of reach. Tuning Chip adjustability aside, those numbers make for a bike that largely resembles its competitors in the all-day, all-road realm. That’s not a bad thing, however, as by now most companies have figured out the angles that translate to comfortable days in the saddle. It’s got a generous amount of stack, puts the rider in a fairly upright position, and the relatively long top tube is meant to be used in conjunction with a shorter stem.

What are people using for fenders? I test fit my 29er Planet Bike Cascadias (65mm) and they fit easily in the frame and kinda in the fork. I'd have to really bend the hell out of the brackets to get them to line up to the fender mount holes which are located mid blade on the inside.

Dear Otso:
I am interested in running fenders on the Warakin Stainless with 650b smooth tires. It appears that the maximum tire clearance with 650b tires is 51mm on the frame and 57mm on the fork. What are the maximum size tires I could run with fenders?
Thanks for reaching out with your fender question.
Max tire size that we recommend for 650b and fenders is 47c. The WTB horizon tire is a great option for what you're looking to do.
Please let us know if you have any other questions,
