After exploring the problem further, I presented my ideas to my peers at an Ideation Party.

We shared our problems, key terms, standards, and worst case solutions with Padlet boards .

From there, I narrowed my problem even further by creating learning outcomes that would have to be met in order to "fix" the problem at hand.

After that, I then created our first two drafts of my solution.

This is where I began truly creating the ins and outs of my problem's solution. It would be in the form of eight PD sessions, over the course of a school year.
