Alisha is a current graduate student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, focusing her studies in the Educational Technology Leadership Program.

Alisha received her Bachelors in Secondary English and Math Education at Southeastern Louisiana University and has been active in the field of education since she graduated from high school, taking on many roles including: substitute, tutor, English Language Arts classroom teacher, Curriculum Writer, ETS grader, ESL coach, softball head coach, and many more.

Alisha's goal is to become a Technology Coordinator at her alma mater and help educators and students at the university level prepare for the mergence of technology and higher education via HyFlex Teaching Model (which is expected to take off very soon on the university level of learning).
