Plot Timeline

Crew and colonists in cryogenic stasis 

Walter is an android overseeing the ship

A sudden neutrino blast damages the covenant

Some colonists and crew die because cryogenic pods fail (Including Captain)

Walter wakes up the key crew 

Neomorphs rapidly develop and break out of the infected crew and attack crew members 

Neomorph attack kills some crew 

The lander explodes while fighting Neomorphs 

David reveals to the crew that he has been experimenting with the pathogen

David is disappointed by Walter's lack of creativity

Neomorph infiltrates the temple and kills a crewmember before captin Oram kills it 

Enraged by the killing of the neomorph, David turns Orham into a xenomorph, killing him in the process 

Walter finds Elizabeth Shaw's Dissected Body

David admits to deliberately releasing the pathogen to create new life forms 

Walter and David argue over David's philosophy, and they eventually fight. In which Walter is disabled temporarily 

David attempts to experiment on Daniels [A crew member]

Walter self-repairs and saves Deniels 

A full-grown Xenomorph begins to stalk the crew

The crew left on Covenant came to rescue the crew using a cargo lifting aircraft 

Xenomorph attacks the crew, but Daniels kills it with the cargo lift crane 

Daniels, another survivor named Lope, and David (disguised as Walter) escape back to the Covenant

David stores some face-hugger eggs in stasis 

David assisted the remaining crew back into cryopods, but Daniels realized too late that David was disgusted as Walter was

David sends a false transmission that most of the crew died in a neutrino blast. 

David plans to use colonists for experiments
