Rationale: Curriculum Implementation Philosophy is aligned to ELCC standard two, because it is my philosophy of how I will implement curriculum as a future leader. In this document I discuss how as an educational leader my job is to serve the stakeholders of my school, while implementing the curriculum.  I discuss how while implementing the curriculum I will make sure we are addressing different cultures and providing differentiation of instruction. This assignment also explains how my philosophy ensures the school is meeting the mission and vision while implementing curriculum.

Rationale: This meets this standard because it will help to improve the culture of your school  and ensure that your teachers are meeting the curriculum.  I observed a first year teacher and provided feedback to help her grow as a new teacher.   The feedback included areas of improvement  and way to uses technology in her classroom.  Providing observations and feedback will help to ensure your building is providing high quality school instruction.

Rationale:  This Power Point will help support school leaders by providing them a training to help to increase their leadership abilities. This meets this standard because it uses technological resources to manage school operations.

Course Number : EAD  536

Rationale:  Administrators need to makes sure safety is their number one priority when running the building.  This means they need to ensure that their faculty and staff are prepared for any type of emergency.  Having a calendar that is detailed, when it comes to safety drills will ensure that you complete the drills in a timely manner and are staying within the legal requirements of drills in a school.
