Rationale: I was able to use the needs assessment survey to see how teachers and staff felt about the current school year. I was also able to see where they felt their students were most struggling. I learned that making a budget is not only crunching numbers but making sure you have the information needed to have a successfully run school. It is also about building relationships with your staff and being their advocate for when they need items for their classroom
