ELCC Standard 3, indicates that the school leader promotes the success of the students when they make sure to use the management, organization, operation, and resources in multiple ways. This artifact is about to the induction or mentoring program at my current school. After interviewing a few teachers, and from my own experience that it is important to have a solid mentoring and induction program if we want to retain our teachers. When teachers participate in meaningful induction programs, their classrooms become more effective.
