The professional development can be used to help teachers create an environment that will help students achieve their highest standards.  They will use what was taught to help with classroom management and  keeping their classroom on task and how to re-direct when unwanted interruptions happened all while remaining ethical.

Rationale: This artifact is an example of how I would discuss what I saw during an observation.  The artifacts provides examples of questions I would use to allow the teacher to self-evaluate the lesson and also includes evidence of how I would provide feedback to the teacher in order to help them to grow as a teacher and allow their students to be successful in the classroom.

Course Number: EAD 533

Rationale: This document highlights examples of how leadership can be used within the school.  It also includes what the responsibility of the leader would entail and how the role of a leader will impact the school.
