I took this picture during a full moon on November 5, 2025. I was coming home from a hangout with my friends and looked up at the moon. I love to take scenery pictures. I'm sharing this image under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 License.

This GIF actually comes from a music video for a song I really like called 'Sextape' by Deftones. The imagery is fascinating and that's why I chose it.

I found this MP3 file on https://www.myinstants.com/en/index/us/ , the sound in the file originates from a boom sound effect popularized by the now-defunct social media app, Vine. Although, in the past few years it has made a return due to it's funny sound.
The audio's name is "VINE BOOM SOUND". The audio has no creator, so we can assume the person who created the website uploaded it. There is no specific type of licensing for the website, each sound has it's own regulations. From what I can find, you can use the sound personally but not commercially. This is a video I embedded from YouTube. It's called "Manhunts | 60 Minutes Full Episodes" by 60 Minutes. This video showcases a variety of manhunts in the past two decades, which includes; the hunt for the Boston Marathon bombers, El Chapo, Whitey Bulger, and Bin Laden. In the description of the video, it states "For video licensing inquiries, contact: licensing@veritone.com" Online it says all rights are reserved unless you get permission from CBS or follow fair use.

From this project, I learned the basics of copyright and licensing. Before doing this project, I had no idea what any of that was. I learned how to use create my own licensing using Creative Commons and how to gather that information from other sources. In all, this was a very informative project because now if I want to create videos or something of the sort, I can do so without getting copyrighted.
