The task for this assignment was to create a mind map surrounding one goal you have and all the actions you can take to achieve it.
Through this activity, I learned that there's a lot of things I could do to be freed from this spiritual rut. Laying out ideas for my goal made it seem much more easy to accomplish. I am already meditating, but not daily and the same thing goes with journaling. This activity also helped me realize I'm not great with sticking to something, and that causes me to just not do anything at all because I can't trust myself. I am looking forward to doing these activities so I can feel fulfilled from it, especially the stuff regarding research because I have a journal of spiritual research already.
(I am so excited to get back into spirituality!)
I learned how to use borders, which helps separate information from each other.
I learned how to replace words, which can help make grammatical or spelling errors be fixed more quickly.
I learned how to use a page break, which ends the current page so you can move onto the next (which can be helpful with citing work).
I learned how to use headers and footers, which display information on the top or bottom of a page so you can easily see the author or title of the work without having to go back to the title page.
I learned you can add sounds to your transitions.
I learned what the slide sorter is which will make presentations way easier.
I learned that you can use the format painter on PowerPoint, not just on Word.
I learned that you can record slideshows.
I learned that you can merge and center cells so they look more organized and so the text doesn't cross over onto other cells.
I learned that you can create headings and add styles on tables so they look more put-together.
I learned that you can change row height and column width.
I learned that you can create data charts by selecting your data and clicking the button beside it. Everything will automatically be inside it.
