As a Team Lead at my school, I had the opportunity to volunteer to lead the Staff Success Committee. This committee focused on finding professional development opportunities that our staff and students would benefit from. This required:

• Collaboration with my team, then bringing information to the committee

• Combining ideas across grade levels to find a common ground between all

• Communicating information back to admin and teams

• Creating Resources to improve facilitation & data analysis
