Like many projects, planning a field trip requires so many variables to come together by a specified deadline. As Team Lead, I took on the responsibility of obtaining approvals and ensuring we have all we need to safely participate. I created this form for my team to fill in as we collected information through this process. It made it very clear what we still needed from each student as we got ready for our trip into DC!
