Inspection Division
The Inspection Division (InSD) is responsible for ensuring compliance with agency policies, maintaining professionalism, and promoting accountability through thorough oversight and evaluations. This division serves directly under the Office of the Director, and it's investigation authority covers the entire Bureau.
Mission
To uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency within the Federal Bureau of Investigation by conducting audits, inspections, investigating reports, and compliance reviews.
Responsibilities
Handling public affairs, support tickets, and submitted tips.
Conducting routine audits to uphold Bureau standards.
Performing inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Organizing paperwork and other administrative tasks.
