In addition to my academic qualifications, I have gained over six years of administrative experience as a coordinator and Head of the Department in running BBA and MBA programs. This experience has honed my organizational and leadership skills, enabling me to effectively manage academic programs and contribute to the growth and development of students. UCTC Business School offers a comprehensive range of programs at the undergraduate and graduate level such as BBA, MBA (1 year) and RMBA. We have been developing outcome based curriculum for all our programs. As a dynamic new university, a good number of students are studying in this business school with five majors in each program and the student/teacher ratio in most classes is 25:1. All of our offered programs are approved by UGC and Government. At the SoB we organize regular seminars and workshops on contemporary issues. Our faculty members are actively involved with teaching, learning, and research.  The following are the various activities organized by UCTC School of Business under my direct supervision.

• School of Business affiliation goes to 11(eleven) articles in high-indexed international journals and 3 edited book chapters including 2 ISI and 3 Scopus in last one year.
