'Brush Stroke' is a 45 minutes long documentary based on a renowned artist 'Neel Pawan Baruah' ,who made a distinct mark in the domain of modern art in Assam, and was one of the path finders of the field in Assam and the entire North East region, India.
This film was selected into the competition section of IDSFFK 2022.

My documentary proposal on 'Maternal Health in Adivasi Women' was selected under PSBT ( Public Service Broadcasting Trust) for mentoring. Under the guidance of documentary filmmaker Ishani Dutta, Carrot Films , Delhi , I have attended one on one meeting to discuss the approach in my documentary. The work on this documentary is ongoing.

An internship that opened my eyes to the dark - hidden realities of mankind
During my college years in Mumbai , I had the opportunity to be a part of the reputed Harmony Foundation NGO. Though my journey in the organization began as a Communications Intern but I soon became actively involved in the research and logistics domain as well . Along with my team , we pulled over multiple seminars across colleges in Mumbai . In November 2019, we organised the Harmony International Conference and Mother Teresa Memorial Awards in TISS Mumbai and Taj Lands End respectively . My 5-6 month long experience in the organization sensitized me to a whole new world of Social Work . It brought out the leader in me that I didn't even know existed . Being able to meet and converse with personalities like Baroness Caroline Cox, Tushar Gandhi and many more , my spectrum of knowledge had expanded multiple folds.

An effort to discuss and educate ourselves and the young population of Gauhati !
In a humble attempt to organize a discussion on peace building and humanity to sensitize the young population of Gauhati regarding the same, I and my team comprising of my good friends Joyraj Kalita, Gargee Bordoloi, Lulu and Antariksh Das organized a three day conclave in Srimanta Sankaradev Kalakshetra and District Library Auditorium in September 2018 . Our efforts in this conclave helped us reach Honorable CM of Assam Mr. Sarbanand Sonowal to discuss and express our concerns regarding peace building in Assam and North East.
