This is our first face-to-face interaction, it can be either in person or over video teleconferencing. Please make it clear in advance if you are from the Saginaw area or Caro, my primary office is Saginaw.

Relax, yes this is an interview, but it's mostly intended for us to get to know one another. This is the first time where I get to formally introduce myself and you the same. During this phase I will be asking various questions in order get to know you and better understand if you are a good fit for the Air Force but more importantly if the Air Force is a good fit for you.

I'm a human with a story just like you, it's important that you are as honest and genuine as possible with our interaction.
