Registration
The AIIDE-23 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the workshop program, and access to the electronic AIIDE-23 proceedings. While registration will remain open after the early registration deadline, we encourage all to register by Thursday, September 7 to facilitate planning needs. Registration fees will change starting Friday, September 8.

AIIDE Workshop Program
§ W1: Experimental AI in Games (EXAG) (October 8, One-Day)
AIIDE-23 workshops will be held October 8, just prior to the technical conference.
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT SIGN UP FOR CONCURRENT EVENTS, so please consult the schedule carefully before making your selections.
Workshops are individually priced. A discount is applied for main conference registrants. Individuals wishing to attend workshops only should select the Workshop/Tutorial Only option for their registration type. The workshop only fees do NOT include admittance to any AIIDE-23 technical sessions, opening reception or poster session. Registration is valid for the day(s) of the workshops only.

Registration / Proof of Student Status
To register online, please complete the form at https://aaai.getregistered.net/aiide-23. If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.
Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is September 7, 2023. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiidereg@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all technical program refunds.

VISA INFORMATION
Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted AIIDE-23 authors or registrants with a paid, completed registration. You can access the visa letter request form via the link in your registration confirmation email.
