Combinatorics in Algebraic Statistics and Game Theory

This is an intensive 6 weeks summer research experience on problems related to combinatorial structures in algebraic statistics and game theory and how mathematical software can be applied to these problems. Selected students will work together with experienced mentors. Preference will be given to students with a background in algebra, combinatorics or geometry, and comfortable with computations. The program aims to prepare students for the rigors of graduate level research.

Application form will be available soon, requires a CV + Transcript + a motivation letter, all in one file, and the contact information for at least one letter of recommendation. The letter of motivation should address your interest in the position and any relevant experience (such as other internships, courses or independent reading). Deadline February 15, 2026.
