Submission Preferences 

For property you will quote vacant commercial buildings, vacant houses, rental dwellings, condo associations, mini-storage, secondary homes, and vacant undergoing renovations online.  You will email in property Accords for warehouses, multi-tenant LROs, and rental schedules with more than 21 buildings. Turn around time on email submissions is 3 weeks. 

Our top property classes are: AirBnB, rental dwellings, vacant with renovations, vacant commercial buildings, and mini-storage

For auto you quote risks with 1-10 power units.  Submit fleet quotes with 11+ power units.

For Hire trucking and Zone rated trucking are the classes with the most binds.  We are also seeing non-emergency medical, not for hire classes, and logging.
