Submission Preferences 

1. You can enter submissions into our portal – www.accidentfund.com

2. We have you all set up on our AcceleRate program.  Brochure is attached.  Simply email the pdf version of your acord application and attach any supporting docs such as loss runs, mod sheets, narratives etc.  Quotes will be uploaded by our AcceleRate team within 48 hours (typically less than 24 though).  The limitation to this way is if you are needing to lock in a submission right away, the email doesn’t lock the submission.  The submission is locked once it is rated.  So I would encourage you in those situations.  Your agency code is 60143 – please be sure to include that in the body of the email somewhere so they know where to plug that submission in.  There is no minimum premium size to use this.

3. Some of the agency management systems have upload features – The Blue Butterfly is one name I remember for one of the systems.  That is also an option.
