This is the profession specific page for apprentices joining the Degree Apprenticeship BSc (Hons) Therapeutic Radiography course. This page will give you more information about preparing for Therapeutic Radiography specifically.
This is the Course calendar (click on link above) for apprentices starting in March 2026. On here you will be able to see when you have teaching/academic blocks and when you are 'on the job' in your place of work with your employer.
Induction information with times and on line 'rooms' will be sent nearer the start date. Once you have enrolled you will receive an online teaching and assessment calendar.

The radiotherapy and oncology course uses blended learning to utilise a range of teaching methods throughout your training. This includes online live sessions (whereby a member of staff will be present throughout the session), face to face on campus learning (2 days per year), on the job learning, online any time learning (a pre recorded session you can access in your own time) and self directed study.
