End-to-end iterative instructional design and development process, beginning with project scoping and client consultation and continuing through solution design, content development, media production, LMS implementation, review, and refinement. Multiple review, feedback, and re-submission cycles were incorporated to ensure alignment with client requirements, learning objectives, accessibility needs, and technical constraints.

Analysis:

• Kick-off and scoping meeting with client stakeholders

• Review and analysis of extensive source materials, including approximately 8 hours of source speech/coursework and comprehensive textbook/reference material

• Identification of essential knowledge, concepts, and skills required for a foundational TOGAF learning experience

• Consultation with client to clarify audience, learning goals, scope, delivery requirements, and success criteria

• Development of training structure, including modules, topics, sequencing, and approximate learning time

• Identification of opportunities to reduce cognitive load and focus learners on need-to-know content

Design & Development:

• Proposed and presented an end-to-end solution for converting the existing TOGAF Foundation materials into an online learning experience

• Evaluated and selected an LMS and media-production approach appropriate to the client's requirements

• Developed a structured learning architecture consisting of 6 units

• Condensed approximately 8 hours of source material into approximately 1 hour of focused instructional content

• Wrote and refined instructional scripts based on the source coursework, textbook material, and client requirements

• Collaborated iteratively with the client to review scripts, instructional approach, and content accuracy

• Developed presentation materials and visual assets to support the instructional videos

• Created 18 short AI-presenter video segments using Synthesia

• Developed instructional content and knowledge checks for the online course

• Designed the course for accessibility, clear navigation, and manageable learning segments
