Process:

I set myself the challenge of integrating AI avatars into my process as an eLearning Developer. Since I was also working with a brand book staying consistent was also part of the challenge.

I began by writing a script which involved researching the topic, separating the important and extraneous information, and outlining the key information., I wanted to see the learning experience visually laid out so I turned it into a miro board, with all branching scenarios and outcomes visually mapped out which helped me see the overall structure of the project and control the scope of the eLearning. I then used my skills in visual design and image generator prompting to create an AI avatar that fit the brand image, using Leonardo.ai's Stable Diffusion model, with backgrounds representing different scenes in the chosen setting.
I generated the avatar's video in Heygen and voice from Elevenlabs, creating a realistic and warm, personable quality to guide the learner through the experience.

Finally, imported the videos into storyline and built the interactions, completing the learning experience with a consistent, simple, and branded theme.
