After completing 280 floor hours, Leaders are eligible to participate in Leadership Shifting (two 4-hour shifts per month)
New Leaders are not eligible to participate in Leadership Shifting during their probationary period (first rotation on the Leadership team)
Leadership Qualifications:
For any general leadership roles, you must be a current Health Scholar for at least 1 full rotation.
For any executive leadership roles, you must be a current Leader for at least 1 full rotation.
Must be in Good Program Standing (i.e., no suspensions or policy violations within 1 rotation).
