Leads all testing activities to ensure all changes to the Product are of high quality
Define and uphold the overall vision of quality for the product and ensure that the various metrics and types of testing combine to meet that vision
Work closely with vendors to ensure contracted scope of work is completed and work meets expected validation requirements prior to handoff to and Testing Solutions resources
Collaborate effectively with the Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, Technical Lead(s) and vendor resources to ensure defects are in the backlog for prioritization, and addressed within expected timelines
Manage the defect triage and tracking process to ensure issues are reviewed and resolved by the team in a timely manner
Manage the process for the maintenance and development of automated regression tests
Work with all colleagues to identify areas for improvement of Customer Experience as a whole and take steps to advocate for these ideas within the team to improve the quality of the data and the application(s) in order to serve our customers better
