Power: Invisibility & Forcefields

Invisia continues to show some of the most enthusiasm to be here than I've seen in a long time. It's refreshing to have such a proud Afterschooler. It's good to know that she does so well in class, even if she can get a little carried away at times.

Power: Mind Control

An interesting student, for sure. I'm not sure how she got herself an aura crystal, but there's no sense in trying to take it away from her. She's earned her spot in her house and I know she still wants to prove herself. I'm sure the others will come around and see her for what she's capable of.

Powers: Freeze Tag

Ah, an old protege and trusted Afterschooler. Jonas had made sure to finish mentoring her, but Nexus Academy is for refining all the skills. Luli seems well composed and doesn't seem to be distracted by all the wonders of the school, better to stay focused and natural in these times, afterall. 

Powers: Induce sleep and manipulate dreams

Maddie never really had a place to call home after what happened, so giving her Nexus Academy for the summer was a no brainer on my part. Always tired, but still does her best to make it to class on time every day. True dedication. Though I will say, I'm not fond of how she likes to jokingly put me to sleep when we pass each other. 

Power: Teleportation

It took some time, but Maisie was able to get to our little island. As expected she works well with her fellow Afterschoolers and has kept up with her training. Now all that's left is to see how she keeps up with the more difficult trials Nexus Academy has to offer.

Power: Telekinesis

Being put in a near Afterschooler exclusive house may have gotten to Miya's ego, just a bit. Though, I can't entirely blame them. They go where they are sorted. Like some of the others, Miya is aiming to prove herself and show that she can rise above many others. Although the most important lesson she needs to learn is to be a bit more humble. 

Power: Perfect aim and conjuring projectile equipment

My newest find and welcome member to the group. Not everyday you get your life saved by a stranger, but here we are. Penny was willing to risk her life to help someone she doesn't really know, how could she not be welcomed to Nexus Academy? Sure I gave her a crystal and pulled a few strings, but she's an Afterschooler through and through. That will never change to me.

Power: Weather manipulation

Another surprise edition to the team, but a welcomed one. Being able to control the certain elements of mother nature is a powerful ability, that must be honed in order to be used for good. As a student, Rainbowella is kind and mature. Which is a nice change of pace for some of our more bossy and energetic students.

Power: Superspeed

As usual, Sofia exhibits great heroic qualities. She is not defined solely by her power, but rather how she acts in any given moment. Among her peers, she continues to keep a level head for the group. It will be interesting to see how she handles more drastic lessons here at the school.
