District Bridges 

In 2016, Ms. Afrika Abney did some pro bono services for District Bridges, then known the Columbia Heights Initiative. She first participated as a pro bono consultant for their Easter Eggtravaganza community event. Later that year, Ms. Abney provided dance performance consultant services for the Annual Columbia Heights Day Festival.

Ms. Abney has an impressive background in a variety of dance and a track record of working with local organizations. I highly recommend Ms. Abney as a dance professional, community advocate and leader.
