Has the Government in Nigeria taken any action to regulate Shell and enforce environmental regulation? Or indeed is there any effective environmental regulation?
You have touched upon corruption, to what extent have you found that corruption causes or exacerbates human rights abuses?
Many of us have heard of the Ogoni Nine, to what extent are human rights defenders under threat in Nigeria today?
And for Gary:
Just wondering why the upcoming EU directive only covers 1% of companies?
Should we also target other TDs / MPs with our letter?
