PEO for UG Program (B. Tech in Electrical Engineering)

Three to five years after graduation, the Department of Electrical Engineering expects its four years, B. Tech in Electrical Engineering program graduates to have:

PEO-1. Core knowledge and analytical skill to solve real time complex engineering problems.

PEO-2. Employment or Entrepreneurship in the field of electrical engineering or other allied disciplines in various capacities in government or private organizations of repute.

PEO-3. Continuous career improvement, substantiated by promotion, assumption of greater responsibility or leadership positions, participation in continuing education or higher studies.

PEO-4. Awareness of the social and ethical ramifications of their work.

PEO for PG Program (M. Tech in Electrical Engineering)

Three to five years after graduation, the Department of Electrical Engineering expects its two years, M. Tech in Electrical Engineering program graduates to have:

PEO-1. Domain knowledge of control engineering and thereby enhance the employability of the graduates in public/private organization and institutes.

PEO-2. Research attitude to identify and address real life problems in the domain of control, automation and other allied engineering disciplines towards societal development.

PEO-3. Self-learning capabilities to assimilate and practice emerging theories and technologies.

PEO-4. Ethical values in the professional conduct.
