About Adipem Orbis Records

Despite times of depleting means, we cannot but still invest in the things we truly like. Pure and uncensored. Sometimes tongue in cheek, sometimes with a critical eye towards the powers that be or simply longing for different times; always in search of a unique sound, a personal story to tell, using the barest of means. No other goal but to share our creative output. We're grateful that we're still allowed and able to find time to create.

And who knows, perhaps others just might appreciate our auditive universe as well... Consider it an open invitation to join us in exploring the possibilities of Rogue Music.

About Tempus Cucumis

Both members of Tempus Cucumis are first and foremost classically trained musicians, despite their frequent separate escapades to other musical genres. In the summer of 2017, they finally joined forces to do something. That something was mainly to have a bit of fun, musical fun too, why not. To make it somewhat interesting we challenged ourselves to write, record and release one song in one day, YouTube video included, and that during the entire summer holidays. They ended up with nine songs, one for each week the holiday lasted. As a bit of extra they tried dethroning Beyonce as queen of pop but unfortunately failed miserably. Since the summer turned out to be so much fun, they also ended up making a tenth track, as a Christmas-day special. They’ve been following this structure ever since. Nine weeks, nine songs; Christmas, one more. To keep things interesting, they happily switched musical genres each year. Ranging from singer-songwritery stuff to prog, industrial classical music, Lied, film music and back to prog this year.

During the pandemic they did their very first Livestream performance and got some nice feedback, mainly along the lines of: “real nice, why not try and do something serious with it?” and that’s exactly what they tried to with their album The Story of C and the Lowering Skies.
