In April 2020, in the midst of the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, the management teams from Adeo companies, already mobilised for the welfare of all, wished to provide additional support for any employee and their family who might find themselves in a situation of hardship.
In urgent circumstances and motivated by Adeo’s “Human at the heart of the company” culture, the ADEO Solidarity Fund was founded: a human and solidarity-based initiative that brings together and unites employees and their families in different parts of the world.
The vocation of the Adeo Solidarity Fund, an association under the law 1901, is to provide exceptional and specific financial assistance to employees from Adeo companies, as well as to their immediate family, who are experiencing severe difficulties due to extraordinary crisis situations.
It enables those who do not benefit from sufficient government relief in the countries where we are present, from insurance coverage or from internal schemes within Adeo companies, to be able to deal with these emergency situations.
An Adeo Solidarity Fund team is set up in each of these countries :
South Africa, Brazil, Cyprus, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Ukraine
