Rosen Ear Curettes
The Rosen ear curette is used in middle ear surgery to remove bone and diseased tissue under the operating microscope. A small sharp cup on a fine shaft lets the otologist take away thin layers of the scutum or the posterior canal wall in controlled steps, which is what a surgeon needs during stapedectomy, tympanoplasty and cholesteatoma removal.
Adas Instruments manufactures the Rosen pattern in a range of small cup sizes, machined from German surgical grade stainless steel and hardened so the edge holds through repeated reprocessing. The finish is satin to cut glare under the microscope. Every instrument is passivated and autoclave safe to 134 degrees Celsius. Made in our own ISO 13485 certified, CE marked factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, with OEM and private label marking available.

Fiber Optic Laryngoscope Battery Handle
The fiber optic laryngoscope battery handle carries the light source and the batteries for intubation. Light travels from an LED in the handle through a fiber bundle in the blade, so the lamp sits away from the patient and the blade stays cool and easy to clean. It fits Macintosh and Miller fiber optic blades on the green marked ISO 7376 standard, which is what most anaesthetic rooms now stock.
Adas Instruments makes the handle in adult C cell and medium AA cell sizes, in stainless steel with deep knurling for grip in a wet field. The LED is high output for clear illumination at the cords. ISO 13485 certified and CE marked, built in our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan. Fiber optic handles fit green marked blades only, not conventional bulb in blade patterns.
