The abdominoplasty and mammaplasty combo instruments set covers tummy tuck and breast reduction surgery from one tray: 33 instrument types in 48 pieces, with a Yancoskie six prong abdominal retractor, a Saldanha retractor, the ADAS LumaPocket fiber optic breast retractor, Freeman areola markers at 38 and 42 mm, and bayonet bipolar forceps with cable. The instruments both operations share are carried once, so one box replaces two trays.

Every scissors and needle holder has tungsten carbide inserts, including Mayo and Metzenbaum razor edge scissors and Mayo Hegar needle holders at 14 and 18 cm.
