Food Insecurity Documentary
In this Multimedia Productions project, each student had to interview someone about food insecurity, whether it be a student, teacher, or someone knowledgable about the topic. For my filming portion, I decided to go out to the Spooner House in Shelton and interview two of the workers at the food bank.
I would rate myself an exemplary because I was the first person to get my footage in (was an example for my peers) and did extra work so our documentary could get done, such as creating a logo for our team, finding background music, making the lower thirds, and volunteering to be filmed talking. I had to decide what to cut from my footage so the ideas spoken about clearly and effectively communicated our message. I had to communicate and work productively with others in my class. I facilitated group activity by taking notes on what could be improved in our documentary.
