All 4-H members will complete one Universal Record Sheet each year by July 1st. This must be completed to exhibit projects at the Adams County 4-H Fair and to be a "completer" of their project each year. Universal Record Sheets can be completed all online or pictures can be uploaded of the written paperwork by scanning the QR code found on each form. The direct link to submit the Universal Record Sheet can also be accessed by clicking below.
Fair Entry is where you register all projects that you plan to exhibit at the Adams County 4-H Fair. The deadline to register projects each year is July 1. Projects that are not registered in Fair Entry by July 1, will not be eligible to exhibit at the county fair. Please ensure your project information is first correct and complete in 4-H Online because that information will carry over to Fair Entry automatically.
Examples:
A member must first be enrolled in the Woodworking Project in 4-H Online by May 15th (the add/drop project deadline) in order to register Woodworking projects for exhibition at the county fair in Fair Entry.
A member must first correctly complete their animal enrollment in 4-H Online/Poultry Enrollment Form by May 15th in order to register those approved animals for exhibition at the county fair in Fair Entry.
For the additional requirements for livestock project members, please see the "Livestock" page under Projects at the top, then under Animal Science OR check your species page in the drop down options under Livestock.
This will continuously update as changes are made or new things are added!
