The Fair Chatter Newsletter is released in June and serves as the monthly update for July. This includes all important information and reminders relevant to the Adams County 4-H Fair as well as a copy of the Fair Flyer that includes the full fair schedule.
A physical copy of the Fair Chatter Newsletter is mailed to ALL 4-H families in Adams County.
The Quick Clover is our new, streamlined monthly communication designed to give families and volunteers a quick, easy-to-read snapshot of what’s happening in 4-H. Each issue highlights important upcoming dates, deadlines, and reminders, along with brief updates you need to know for the month ahead. It’s designed to be short, clear, and accessible—so you can stay informed at a glance. More detailed information and resources will always be available here on the Program Portal.
The Clover Patch Newsletter has been our traditional 4-H newsletter, shared monthly to every other month. This format typically included detailed program updates, upcoming event information, deadlines, project opportunities, and general announcements. While it provided a thorough look at what was happening in our program, we understand that it could sometimes feel lengthy or difficult to quickly find key information.
Beginning in the next 4-H program year, we plan to introduce a Seasonal Newsletter that will be published four times throughout the year in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. This newsletter will focus less on reminders and more on storytelling and celebration within our program. It will include highlights and reflections from events, member and volunteer spotlights, project tips and tricks, and other features that showcase the impact of 4-H in our community. This will complement the Quick Clover by providing a deeper look into the experiences and successes of our members.
We strive to share 4-H information in ways that are accessible for all families. While most updates are shared electronically, we understand that some individuals prefer printed materials.
If you would like to receive certain 4-H documents by mail in addition to email, please let us know below.
