The 4-H Council is a group of dedicated volunteers who help guide and support the local 4-H program. They work alongside the Extension Educator to make decisions related to 4-H opportunities, policies, and member experiences. Council members often represent different 4-H clubs or project areas and help ensure that the program meets the needs of youth and families across the county.

The Fair Board is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the county fairgrounds. This includes overseeing facilities, scheduling events, coordinating vendors and entertainment, and ensuring the fair runs smoothly and safely. While the Fair Board supports all aspects of the fairgrounds, they work closely with 4-H to provide a place for members to exhibit their projects and showcase their hard work.

They assist with budgeting, staffing support, and ensuring Extension programs remain relevant and responsive to local needs.
