This essay will discuss both views before presenting an opinion.
On the one hand, there are strong reasons to believe that cities may become difficult places to live in the future. As populations continue to rise, urban areas are becoming increasingly crowded, leading to housing shortages, traffic congestion, and pressure on public services. In addition, pollution from vehicles and industries has reached alarming levels in many major cities, causing serious health problems for residents. If these issues are not controlled, they could significantly reduce the quality of life and make cities less sustainable.
On the other hand, supporters of technological solutions argue that innovation can effectively tackle urban problems. Advances in clean energy, such as electric vehicles and renewable power sources, can help reduce air pollution. In my opinion, although urban problems are serious, technological innovation offers practical and long-term solutions.
