Zoning Certifications
Zoning Certifications may be obtained through the Zoning Office through the submittal of a Land Use Permit or Zoning Certification Application. All applications must include a site plan.
Certain County, State and Federal agencies require local zoning certifications as part of their authorization process . Typically, applications provided by these agencies include a block on their forms for the County's Zoning Office to execute. In these cases, the County's Zoning Certification Application is generally not warranted.
