Construction
Generally, all non-residential and multi-family dwelling construction is performed by a licensed professional. All work, regardless of classification, performed for compensation must be executed by a licensed professional. Where applicable, any work authorized by the County shall contain documentation regarding current and valid licensing information published by the State. Construction related to single family dwellings and appurtenant structures may be performed by the Owner/Occupant without addressing licensing requirements.
